When you subscribe to a paid plan, the payment instrument (Card, UPI ID, Wallet, Net Banking Account, eNACH) you used to make the payment will be automatically charged with the renewal subscription fee based on your plan (monthly/annual).
When you subscribe to Finjinn, you are on the Free Forever plan by default. You can upgrade to a paid plan anytime you want to enjoy more powerful features, once you are convinced. You can downgrade too whenever you want. However, we don’t offer any refunds for payments already made.
Yes, you can upgrade or downgrade your plan anytime.
If you downgrade to a paid plan, your subscription amount credit corresponding to the period you have already paid for, will be adjusted and your subscription renewal date for the downgraded plan will be extended accordingly with additional days. No refund is issued.
If you downgrade to a free plan, there is no refund issued.
If you upgrade, the additional subscription amount corresponding to the remaining number of days left for renewal will be charged as per the payment option selected.
On successful payment or renewal of your subscription, a GST compliant invoice will be emailed to you. You can also find and download all the invoices in the Billing page of the app.
You can choose to subscribe to a monthly or an annual term plan. Your payment instrument will be automatically charged either on a monthly or annual basis
As per the prevailing RBI Guidelines, your card issuer/bank may send a message to you to authorize the payment. Once you authorize the payment, the amount will be charged and your subscription will be renewed.
When you subscribe to a paid plan, the payment instrument (Card, UPI ID, Wallet, Net Banking Account, eNACH) you used to make the payment will be automatically charged with the renewal subscription fee based on your plan (monthly/annual)
If for any reason your payment instrument cannot be charged, Finjinn will send you an intimation of the failure and will retry to charge the same instrument after a couple of days. If it fails again, another intimation will be sent to request you to set right the reason for failure (card expired/no balance in account etc.)
If even after 30 days, your renewal subscription cannot be charged or we don’t receive any payment from you, your account will be suspended and may lead to permanent deletion of all your data.
