The terms “WE”, “OUR” and “US” refers to Finjinn and “YOU”, “YOUR”, “USER” refers to you, as a user of Finjinn. The term “PERSONAL INFORMATION” means any information that you provide to us which personally identifies you to be contacted or identified, such as your name, phone number, email address, and any other data that is tied to such information. Our practices and procedures in relation to the collection and use of Personal Information and sensitive personal data or information have been set-out below in order to ensure safe usage of the application for you.

A. Information Provided by You That We Collect:

Account Sign-up: When you sign up for an account to access our services, we ask for and record Personal Information like your name, contact number, email address, company name and country to complete the account signup process. We may collect and store your sensitive personal data or information such as any financial information including inter alia credit card, debit card details, bank account and know your customer (“KYC“) documents as per RBI regulations and any other information as may be applicable. When you submit your card information or other payment account information, we may, and the payment gateway provider stores the name, address of the cardholder and the expiry date. We store your card information or other payment information in an encrypted format in the secured servers of our Payment Gateway Service Providers. You will also be required to choose a unique username and a password for accessing the created account. You may also provide us with optional information such as your photo but we don’t require that information to sign up for an account. You can also delete or change your optional profile information. You can always choose not to fill in non-mandatory fields when you submit any form linked to our websites. As a registered Finjinn User, you can modify some of your Personal Information and your privacy preferences by accessing the “Account/Profile” section of this Website.
  2. Other submissions: We record information that you submit when you (i) subscribe to our newsletter or any other mailing list, (ii) submit a form in order to download any product other materials, (iii) respond to surveys, or (iv) submit a form to request customer support or to contact Finjinn for any other purpose. You may unsubscribe from receiving newsletters and other non-essential messages. We will continue to send you notices and essential transactional emails/messages.
  3. Testimonials: If you authorise us to post your testimonials about our products and services, we may include your name and other personal information in the testimonial. Due to this, we may receive certain profile information about you from your social media provider. The information may differ depending on the social media provider but it may include your name, e-mail address, friends list, profile picture as well as other information you choose to make public. We will use the information we receive for the purposes that are described in this privacy policy or that are otherwise made clear to you on the site or otherwise. Please note that we do not control, and are not responsible for, other uses of your personal information by your third party social media provider.
